Pros

Friendly co-workers. If you dont mind being cursed at and having CEO scream at you on a regular basis, definitely work here

Cons

Treatment of employees is terrible. Cursing at employees is a regular day on the job. High staff turn-over Questionable business practices, such as posting fake employee reviews on glassdoor. and hiring temp staff for a day to create the false impression of a full staff compliment for client visits.

Great atmosphere and wonderful people. They have a card that covers most insurance costs making our benefits package much more useful.

Pros

Getting hired at Clear Align was easy, and I’ve had the pleasure of working with some amazing people. I truly enjoyed the colleagues I worked with.

Cons

At Clear Align, it quickly became "CLEAR" that many of my colleagues shared the same sentiment. I was constantly reminded that I had made a mistake by joining the company, which was unsettling. Though I was only there for a short time, I frequently heard negative comments about the owner and the toxic environment. Whenever I asked for clarification, the response was always the same: 'You'll find out,' accompanied by a knowing smirk. And I did. The owner proved to be extremely difficult to work for. 'Micro-managing' didn’t even begin to describe it. The constant yelling and condescending remarks created a hostile and unprofessional atmosphere. I knew I had to leave. One piece of advice: do not advocate for yourself. Doing so could result in termination or retaliation by the owner.
