Outside sales, uncapped commission, potential to make a lot of money, good people to work with across the country, ability to export to outside markets and get full commission. Relative freedom as long as your doing well
Cons
Poor account management of billing business A.E.'s move up or move on from the company. No retention of sales assistants. Internal System's don't link up to make pre and post sales process seamless from inventory hold to invoice billing.
