Pros
Good entry into the OOH industry. Way to get your feet wet and begin networking.
Cons
Terrible leadership. Micromanagement, a bunch of people who have been in the business far too long that are stuck in their ways. Advertising should be dynamic, ever changing to fit both client and employee needs. Stop selling dots on a map or asking us what are "favorite board" is. Management is disconnected from the customers, and do not care at all about their employees.
