Pros
Literally the only pro was my coworkers. I’m not talking about my manager or the SLT team. I am talking about the hard working “normal” employees who get overlooked on promotions.
Cons
Management has the mentality of do what I say and not what I do. Perfect example of that is being forced into the office to only find out that your manager isn’t coming in at all during that week. Scott Wells has no idea what these SLT leaders are doing. But keeps on promoting them like they are the greatest leaders on the planet. Can’t even concentrate with their open floor plan. Sales Mangers do not use their “library voices”, constant yelling / gossiping which makes it hard to take calls at your desk. Sales Managers will gossip, curse, and will spread rumors about you if they don’t like you.
