We have the best leadership team any healthcare facility could ever want!

To me honestly there are none.

Staff is often rewarded with drink bars, lunch, and treats.

The nurse to patient ratio is at times too much. Things as this happen when another staff calls in placing heavy work load on other nurses and on call manager does not come in to help or find a solution. The pay is terrible and not a fair pay amongst nurses as there is a lot of favoritism.
