Pros

Work-life balance is great. We have a great team that truly cares about our patients. Workload is manageable. It gets busy but is not overwhelming.

Cons

PTO could be better and benefits are pricey especially for family plans. Management gets the same PTO as employees.

Staff is often rewarded with drink bars, lunch, and treats.

Cons

The nurse to patient ratio is at times too much. Things as this happen when another staff calls in placing heavy work load on other nurses and on call manager does not come in to help or find a solution. The pay is terrible and not a fair pay amongst nurses as there is a lot of favoritism.
