The people. The quality of care provided, plus the care of staff for the patients. Communication across disciplines is stellar. Lack of support staff for my position - it is a bit tricky trying to find coverage for PTO.

The nurse to patient ratio is at times too much. Things as this happen when another staff calls in placing heavy work load on other nurses and on call manager does not come in to help or find a solution. The pay is terrible and not a fair pay amongst nurses as there is a lot of favoritism.
