The pay was decent and until they changed it WFH great

Cons

Passive aggressive manager, leadership that was more concerned with quantifying work done verses quality of work accomplished. Lots of stick with little carrot. Long hours holding many hats due to lack of people working there. Highly recommend staying far away

Staff is often rewarded with drink bars, lunch, and treats.

Cons

The nurse to patient ratio is at times too much. Things as this happen when another staff calls in placing heavy work load on other nurses and on call manager does not come in to help or find a solution. The pay is terrible and not a fair pay amongst nurses as there is a lot of favoritism.
