self scheduling decent pay, every two weeks paycheck

Cons

-poor upper management -low on full time staff, lots of agency use -heavy, unrealistic patient assignments and work load -several patients admitted that are not rehab appropriate -toxic work environment. too much drama amongst floor employees and upper management -lousy “team” atmosphere

Staff is often rewarded with drink bars, lunch, and treats.

Cons

The nurse to patient ratio is at times too much. Things as this happen when another staff calls in placing heavy work load on other nurses and on call manager does not come in to help or find a solution. The pay is terrible and not a fair pay amongst nurses as there is a lot of favoritism.
