Pros
The people are CV are by far the best part of working here. Most of them are very interesting with a real passion for life science. Events are fun and frequent. There is a significant amount of emphasis on developing analysts and there is nearly constant feedback so you know how you can improve. You also will get a large amount of responsibility early.
Cons
The hours are often really long- It's not uncommon to work past 10 and the culture at the firm makes this normalized. Project leads usually are working even longer hours so there is very little appreciation for the drain this takes on your time and energy. Feedback is also largely negative so it is easy to feel somewhat unappreciated.
