      Pros

      none office personnel are what matters not the ones who work the floors and alot alot of oncall

      Cons

      no appreciation from the administration offices always short handed and the bosses don't help on the nursing floors staff don't work well together its everyone fir them selves no team work management don't know how to talk to staff either

      Pros

      - Very smart teams - Active role in narrative from day 1 - Good exits to investing / industry / med school - Can work remote 50% of time from basically anywhere

      Cons

      - No work life balance on diligences (weekends usually mostly protected though) - Very limited work life balance on 'normal' cases that is even less justifiable than diligences where deadline are tight--this is arguably more infuriating than first con - Pay is decent but could be better given extreme attrition at the firm
