Pros
Clearlink treats their employees very well. I've worked as both a call center employee and as in-house marketer. I can honestly say that Clearlink is without a doubt the best work environment I've experienced on both the sales and marketing sides. Their technology is up to date. The offices are comfortable and fun to be at. There is an endless supply of beverages and snacks. They have events and contests to break up the monotony. Your co-workers will be some of the most highly qualified people in the industry as well. The pay for most positions seems to be above average and the benefits are good too. There are also many other jobs perks and opportunities for continuing your learning and self improvement. Another thing to note is that there is a lot of room to advance your career within the company.
Cons
One down side that I see from being on the marketing team is the pace. It is very slow when it comes to navigating all of the necessary productions teams and processes. Pointing the finger at other big companies that fave the same issues is not a legitimate excuse for this. If we're the best of the best we should be able to overcome this issue. Employees tend to abuse the laid back environment and awesome work life balance. This can be frustrating for the people that are held accountable for reaching specific goals and numbers, and can create a negative decide between teams; especially when individual success is heavily relied upon other teams completing their end of the deal on time.
