Pros
Great Atmosphere, Great Coaches, Fun Incentives I really enjoy working there. The pay is ok not great if you can keep your benefits then that adds value. I love all the coaches and staff. They really are great with your schedule in due time. It really just a pain to keep up with everything they require to keep benefits! It's easy to get lost in the mix. You have to be proactive or you easily fall through the cracks and end up paying $650 a month for benefits
Cons
The BOAST when you interview that you receive FREE insurance after a year. Please understand that they don't tell you that you have to pay for it for a year.FIRST! Family is $650 a month. Also after a year it is still NOT automatic you still have to do a BMI test THEN once you pass that you STILL have to track challenges you have to report 100 points a quarter OR you loose ENTIRE benefit for 3 months. POINT IS... YOU DON'T RECEIVE FREE INSURANCE... YOU HAVE TO JUMP THROUGH MANY MANY HOOPS TO RECEIVE BENEFITS!! On the sales floor they give extra money and also take away your money depending on your quality of call. Which I understand... I would not recommend this job to any of my friends because only 1 in 10 stay there after very short period of time. They want to claim they give you a lot when in reality it's hard to keep the wonderful benefits because they just take them away!
