Pros

I really can't think of any.

Cons

The company, due to the pandemic, has made more money than in its history; BUT, you wouldn't be able to tell. They are penny-pinching, off-shoring, and restricting promotion opportunities. Yes, some pop up every once in a while, but it is nothing like it used to be. Everybody is in fear that their job will be offshored soon, since Clearlink is barely trying to keep that hidden. It's become a place of fear, and I can't name too many people that enjoy their time at Clearlink. Sad to see.

We are sorry to learn about your negative experience. While we are exploring a few offshoring opportunities where they make sense for our business, that is far from a central or far-reaching effort for us. Also, the reason that it seems like we are not trying to keep the few offshoring opportunities we are exploring hidden is that we are not hiding anything; we are being transparent and earnest in our efforts to help people who might possibly be impacted develop new skills to help them transition into much needed new roles. We would encourage you to speak with your manager or director and ask for better clarity around this subject so you can better understand the reasons and strategies around it.

Pros

Clearlink is a great place to work. I've been here for a few years, and I'm not going anywhere. It's had it's ups and downs, but with a new CEO and new leadership, I'm excited about the direction of the company. Great company culture New leadership Hybrid/flex WFH schedule

Cons

Still expected to come in office/not fully remote Compensation could be more competitive

Pros

-Uber Eats Vouchers/Vouchers for food on campus -PTO hours are added every week

Cons

Clearlink went from a CEO that didn’t give a single care about the employees to new leadership that seems to care now but with that, I feel like the new people aren’t aware of what’s really going on. When you’re hired here, boy, do they sell you the dream! Everything is good, and slowly you start to lose hope & very quickly you learn this company is going downhill one way or another. I was part of the social team for years. We were promised growth and new opportunities and that NEVER happened. We’d bring up concerns about leadership in our individual team and the concerns were NEVER taken seriously, because as I easily learned, this company is like high school, they will protect their friends even if it means losing a brand partner. The higher ups will have random meeting to talk about the department & there’s specific higher ups who feel the need to show off their Disney trips/cruises while some of us are struggling to even keep up with bills and living paycheck to paycheck. Overall, there’s A LOT of broken promises on growth. Pay sucks and it’s hard to get a pay raise. Any concern you bring to a higher up will leave you ignored or they won’t do anything about it. Your career won’t grow here unless you’re BFFs with higher ups that have been there forever.
