Pros
Some nice people. Great benefits.
Cons
Denied raises and compensation company-wide during the pandemic while setting record profits. Did not distribute profit amongst employees at all. Higher ups and shareholders gobbled up the fruits of the labor of everyone else during the most trying time in our modern history. CEO had the social media crew make a fake video of him delivering essentials (hand sanitizer...) to houses while the office support, IT, and facilities team were forced to expose themselves to covid doing these and all other tasks instead. Laid off essential workers to cut down on costs during record profits time to save money. Call center staff are treated like second class citizens. If you work in "corporate" you get free food, drinks, etc stocked daily. Company outings and events and "happy hour." Everything in the call center you have to pay for. The gulf in class and treatment of people here is extremely decadent. Call center employees are spoken of disparagingly in meetings and treated like animals while they are the least paid, with the least amount of privileges, while marketing/programming/etc act like kings despite the call center making the bulk of the profits. The review posted saying the company took care of everyone during the pandemic was obviously written by a recruiter. Not the worst place to work but don't be fooled, it's just another corporate hell hole.
