The CEO (James Clarke) is ego driven. From his very first day with the company, he has consistently demonstrated a total lack of care about the people within the company, and thinks everyone should be willing to sacrifice their entire lives for the business, while not providing a single reason why. He will insult and belittle employees, lie directly to them, and then spend 20 minutes complaining during a company call about how everyone is so mean to him. He has repeatedly told the entire company that we're not good enough, past employees weren't good enough, and that we need to do better. He never stops complaining long enough to bother to provide anything resembling a plan, vision, or strategy for the company. These are the exact opposite qualities a leader of a company should have.
