No clear direction or strategies, so many gaps throughout the organization. - Better start acting like a money printer because you're certainly not a person. - Used to be a decent company to work for when I first started. Only 35% of employees are in a 50-mile radius of Utah, but apparently bringing them back in will somehow achieve great business results. - Not sure how they can get away with the blatantly misogynistic and ableist policies and messaging. RtO policies disproportionately impacted mothers and they literally don't care.
