The place has been a disaster since James Clarke took over. He's absolutely tanked the company, through layoffs and his own public meltdowns that have turned into PR disasters. Quarterly layoffs are so routine you can almost put them on a calendar. Spending a massive amount of money on real estate, making RTO a huge priority, no matter if you were hired remote or not. Very old school corporate mentality that hasn't adjusted with the times. This place won't be around in 10 years, even shorter if James is still running it with his unhinged, bizarre all-hands meetings on Zoom where he praises an employee for selling a dog so they could return to the office.
