Not all the medicare sales managers here are great. It’s luck of the draw. This needs more consistency. Some of them lack what it takes to be a good team leader and manage a sales team. Just because you were a top agent in previous years, does not mean you have what it takes to lead a sales crew. I really hope the upper management for medicare sales takes a better look at their sales management. Some of them lack majorly with positive team encouragement, supportiveness, and being there for their team. Commissions could be better, they are kind of low.
