      Pros

      Health Insurance and WFH is decent

      Cons

      Pay is not great at all. Sales manager talked about how he left the company on 3 occasions lets you know why it’s such a high turnover rate. Training is not great they won’t you to work with over 20 brands and only really train you on 1 the most. Coaches are hard to get a reach of it’s like every single day you’re figuring it out on your own which is not good when you have customers waiting and you have to keep stalling till you can figure it out. I would not recommend anyone to work here. This company has a lot of growing to do.

      Love my boss and love the office. Great benefits and good wfh flexibility.

      Hardly any. Tough clients but that comes with any job.

      There were some great friends and coworkers. I also made Presidents Club and had a wonderful trip with them

      Laid off 3 weeks before carrier blackout for sales for AEP leaving employees scrambling to find a spot. It was a terrible position they put their agents in and they KNEW what they were doing when they did it. They had No assistance at all as far as helping employees find other employement and they laid us all off, in a no camera 4 minute meeting on zoom. So UNPROFESSIONAL and they kept 4 months of commissions from every agent they laid off, 4 months that we worked and did not receive fair compensation for.
