The training is thorough and sets you up well to succeed in sales, especially if you're new to the industry. Remote work flexibility is a huge plus, especially for those who value work-life balance. Great team energy — coworkers are supportive, and leadership is encouraging when you hit goals. Opportunity to make solid money if you perform well — commission structure rewards top sellers. Company offers good incentives like spiffs, recognition, and even trips.

Cons

The work is very metrics-driven, and pressure to perform can be overwhelming at times. Commission structure changes fairly often, which can make earnings unpredictable. Burnout is real — back-to-back calls with high-pressure sales can take a toll mentally. PTO and mental health days could be improved, especially for sales reps constantly on the phone. Advancement can be competitive and often depends on staying in the top percentile.

Pros

There were some great friends and coworkers. I also made Presidents Club and had a wonderful trip with them

Laid off 3 weeks before carrier blackout for sales for AEP leaving employees scrambling to find a spot. It was a terrible position they put their agents in and they KNEW what they were doing when they did it. They had No assistance at all as far as helping employees find other employement and they laid us all off, in a no camera 4 minute meeting on zoom. So UNPROFESSIONAL and they kept 4 months of commissions from every agent they laid off, 4 months that we worked and did not receive fair compensation for.
