There are a tremendous amount of new opportunities across most of their practice areas. There is excitement across the company, increased collaboration with co-workers, and the ability for additional experiences via cross functional engagements. Benefits have consistently improved. New and exciting client engagements Access to all levels of leaders in the organization.

Having been with the organization through 2023 when times were actually challenging, I would say that right now there is so much positivity that it is hard to focus on cons.

No weekends, decent pay, remote, most holidays off

Dishonest management, When you are recruited, they tell you that contracts are long term and that they will put you on the bench with pay between contracts when that is not true, they permanently lay you off and end your health insurance at midnight. They also take away your PTO time accumulated and state they do not have to pay PTO out to you after contract ends. Benefits are expensive and lousy.
