Work life balance, good salary

Cons

When there isn’t any work they let you go with only a few hours notice. No severance pay! They don’t give raises or bonuses. If you are friends with the owners you have job security-even if you aren’t doing a good job.

Contracts can end without a new contract leaving you unemployed.

No weekends, decent pay, remote, most holidays off

Cons

Dishonest management, When you are recruited, they tell you that contracts are long term and that they will put you on the bench with pay between contracts when that is not true, they permanently lay you off and end your health insurance at midnight. They also take away your PTO time accumulated and state they do not have to pay PTO out to you after contract ends. Benefits are expensive and lousy.
