It was a fully remote job.

Cons

Internal policies are not what they need to be, and incompetent people are thus allowed to be hired and then behave poorly. They also promise the world to secure contracts from clients even though they have no way of making any of that stuff happen in real life.

No weekends, decent pay, remote, most holidays off

Cons

Dishonest management, When you are recruited, they tell you that contracts are long term and that they will put you on the bench with pay between contracts when that is not true, they permanently lay you off and end your health insurance at midnight. They also take away your PTO time accumulated and state they do not have to pay PTO out to you after contract ends. Benefits are expensive and lousy.
