I have been with the company now 15 years and the owners have been absolutely wonderful to the staff. I have been blessed to wake up every day having a job that I love along with working for a company that really cares about you. I genuinely enjoy helping professionals with their careers and helping them get a great job coupled with always wanting to get my clients the best talent. There is an unlimited ceiling of earnings based on your hard work and dedication to your role at Clearpoint. We have long tenured team members that are all just wonderful human beings in general. I’m extremely fortunate to work with such a great team.
Cons
I cannot point at any cons, other than you need to be a self motivated person to be successful in our work environment as your job and career is based on productivity and being a great team player. We do not micromanage and the staff needs to put their own personal effort in to be successful.
