Very political atmosphere with promotions only distributed among friends - Anonymous employee Clearwater Analytics (CWAN) Employee Review

Only members of the "inner circle" will be promoted. You have to hang out with managers at night and on the weekends to have any shot of being promoted. Very political. Management has no interest in helping employees succeed...only in padding their own pockets. What is worse is their average salary. 40k is not going to cut it to retain top talent. Ridiculous. The principals at Clearwater are greedy.
