Pros
If you show initiative and spot an area where work is not being done/improvements can be made, then you are encouraged to bring your ideas forward and run with them. You are treated with respect and your ideas respected regardless of whether you have been here 1 week, 1 year, or 10 years. It's a very young team, which is part of what makes it a great and exciting place to work.
Cons
If you are used to a very rigid, hierarchical company structure then the culture at Clearwater may come as a shock, but to me this isn't a con at all.
