Pros
Great product and service that gives everyone confidence. Superb training and challenging environment. If you want to surround yourself with very smart clever people this is a company you want to work for. The company empower the staff to solve problems. The client base is made up from household brand names who are a who's who of global business. Everyone is passionate about delivering an amazing service.
Cons
Flat structure, not a great deal of scope to lead a team, the emphasis is leading yourself, not so much a negative but may lead to ambitious staff to move eventually. This is a negative if its the best company you have worked for,
