Great people to work with on the lowest levels, smart and motivated if a bit long suffering and underpaid.
Cons
Horrible work-life balance post Covid. Frequent reorganizations in Development that end up wasting time and energy in the bureaucratic shuffle. Top management is almost exclusively brought in by an investment management firm that wants to take the company public or sell it off, they are trying to make the company look as financially attractive as possible by squeezing as much work as they can get out of employees in the short term. Company culture used to be about work/life but became very toxic over the years. Unless you are hard up for money, avoid this place.
