Cons
Corporate environment is increasing which means more of a big business mentality and all the associated negatives. Increasing rules and regulations can improve how things run but there has to be a balance with personalizing the work environment. CCF is literally a sterile environment which we all want for good patient care yet we want to keep nurturing this as a very warm place for employees and patients which we all want for both good employee care and good patient care. So it's like all things balancing the good with the bad but this is a business so as employees we have to keep this in mind.
