Low pay, uninterested management if you are at a client site. Senior management will make promises to the customers on your behalf without speaking with the employee and you expected to give the customer what they want, no matter how inappropriate. If the customer doesn't like you, you are gone; if you don't like the client, too bad - stay or quit. Too many conflicting directions. If you don't work at the main office, you are nobody. Very demoralizing environment.
