Employed since March 2017 as a Sr. Consultant on a Federal Government contract. From the 1st minute the experience was unlike any other DC-Area contractor firms I've worked for in my 28-year professional career. This includes small 8as to industry heavyweights like BAH, etc. Benefits are tailored with the employee needs in mind Management is responsive and listens to feedback Resources are provided with justification to most legitimate requests (training, etc.) will be provided. Backoffice is well-automated in most areas--others are being improved constantly--and leverage the Microsoft Azure Cloud/Office 365. There is a genuine drive to excel and help the customer, which is quite refreshing after working at a few bodyshops. Lynda.com premium membership is now approved for all employees as a 24/7 online training/PD resource...smart move!

No BYOD policy yet, personally I hope they will come up with one. 401(k) match loses a % point for 2018 (but still superior to any other known plan I'm aware of in the marketplace) No resources to maintain a bench (yet) especially for Sr. LCATs
