They took back a lot of benefits in order to be competitive. If you ask the actual person doing the work how the support the customer and how the customer supports the war fighter, they have no clue just robots being programmed to do a basic function. Leadership has no clue with what reality is, it’s not all fun and game with catch phrases. Sometime you got to roll up the sleeves and work too.
