Poor Leadership and guidance - Acquisition Analyst Client Solution Architects Employee Review

Leadership has left a lot to be desired. I have been here over a month and I have received no direction on what my day to day job should be. I received a turn over binder my first week of employment and that was it. Leadership seems to be easily bothered when asked about current work load and what their expectation of you should be. The communication is dismal at best.
