Unique culture, especially in the Defense Industry Original owners still heavily involved in corporate strategy COO that genuinely cares about even the newest, most junior employee Growth - upward mobility easy to come by for solid performers
Cons
Growth - CSA is adapting to growth which is a challenge for any company. If you are frustrated by change then I recommend going to a larger, more established company. If you thrive off of the entreprenurial spirit and enjoy getting involved at a deeper level then CSA is for you.
