Really good product concept that offers high value and a significant differentiation from the status quo way of doing things and the competition. Also, there are a lot of really nice people.
Cons
The quality of both the product and services is sub par. The company is constantly in a state of panic and the priorities and focus change at the drop of a hat. There has been a lot of employee turnover.
