Pros
The wage was fair for my management positions. However, it's possible that the wage for this position was fair due to grant funding vs. overall commitment to wages for staff. The health benefits were good.
Cons
Management and the human resources department will make decisions without a process for a higher level of management to hear from employees vs. only the supervisor. Management needs to include more layers of management in ensuring that there is a fair understanding of how the higher levels of the human resources department are operating.
