Pros
Internal training and education programs are some of the best I have ever experienced. Multiple career path opportunities. Amazing benefits and great office space in the heart of downtown pdx. The product plays an important role in a constantly debated social issue (healthcare.) Most importantly the people are great! Every company is going to have its flaws, but its how you evolve that matters. Not everyone is fit out for where Clinicient is as a company today. Some of the other Glassdoor reviews have a very different outlook and perspective than I do, but where they see negatives, I see opportunities to make an impact and play a key role in evolving our culture. Its okay if you dont see it that way. At the end of the day you dont live to work, you work to live, and a very select few are lucky enough to have a job they are truly passionate about. Make the most of the opportunities and challenges you are faced with.
Cons
I dont necessarily see this as a con, but the company is under going some important changes right now, which could scare off people who are not ready for it. A lot of manual processes, but there is a huge push for automated workflows and processes. This would be a great opportunity for someone to come in and make an immediate impact in the company.
