Founders created a great initial product and worthy cause to help therapists succeed. There's no harder working, lower paid, impactful, overlooked specialty in healthcare. Still one of best PT EHRs, though antiquated and fragile. Downtown Portland location.
Cons
Underestimating the resources and expertise to modernize the platform (e.g. promising major upgrades for years but not delivering a single major release due to complete focus on keeping the current antiquated platform running). A bigger issue and hindrance to progress is ONE member of senior management (enabled by weaker senior management), the "poison pill" that all staff fear, has undermined the few good senior managers to pass through, and rumbles through the building gossiping and accentuating her amazing insecurity, incompetence, and instability.
