Immoral, unethical, untrustworthy, gossiping, scandalous, backstabbing and two-faced. This describes one particular individual within the Organization. No real concern for the businesses who have given up their life-savings to jump-start their dream of having their own Physical Therapy Clinic. Software is outdated and business practices are suspect at best. No emphasis on employee growth as promised by CEO. His announcement statement was as follows: My mission is to make sure my employees are treated well, well taken care of and feel they are important. Happy employees, are happy clients. Well, we're still waiting. There are a select few who are treated like human beings, but the rest of us feel invisible and do not receive perks above pizza and donuts. People are being paid good money to brag about how much work they don't do. It's a very lopsided environment and it's becoming very toxic.
