Pros
If you're looking for the kind of company that will challenge you at every turn, yet be fun at the same time, Clinicient is the right place for you. I love coming to a job where new things are happening all the time and there's people who believe in it becoming successful. Some people might think I'm crazy, but I actually like going to work and being busy all day. With Clinicient's new management team, things are changing fast and it may seem hectic, but I trust that they all know what they're doing and they're going to take this company to the next level. While things are moving fast, there is so much personality and passion in the Clincient building that it often doesn't even feel like work. My favorite core value of ours is "Fail Fast, Succeed Faster" because everyone knows that failing is part of the process, but if you learn from it and want to do your best, Clinicient is the right place for you. Plus- the food and coffee stations in the office are awesome AND we have an arcade! Not to mention a majority of the people who work here haven't even been here for more than a few months so everybody is in the same boat and it's easy to say hi to a random person in the hall and not feel like you're bothering them.
Cons
We are in a transition right now- just moved and are hiring very frequently. It's a challenge, especially for people who aren't used to adaptation, to keep up with the constant differing views, but I believe that things will continue to improve.
