I've been working for Clinicient for almost 7 years, not going to lie the first couple of years had a lot of ups and downs but Clinicient was able to correct the management team and started to listen to their employees. Now it feels like a big family instead of a workplace. They understand family comes first which is very rare in a lot of companies. You also get unlimited PTO, bonuses and they also have one of the best medical plans which are always good.
