Pros
Overall, there is a family atmosphere with lots of opportunities to grow. Salary is comparable with other large companies for the same line of work but in comparison, benefits rise far and above what I've experienced before. If you're not afraid of hard work, long hours with your hands in lots of buckets; the satisfaction is great!
Cons
If you are very "process-driven" or accustomed to a "Six Sigma" environment, it will be an adjustment as processes are loose in some areas. They are growing quickly and with that will come the need to put lots of processes in place that don't already exist.
