      Pros

      You can sometimes find shifts here when you want to secure a shift if you are cancelled... or pick up last min. Its a go to if other platforms dont have any open shifts.... but I honestly would rather not even work on that day if the rates are below a certain number for me.

      Cons

      The rates paid on clipboard are horrendous. I am not sure that they charge the facilities any less then the other platforms, but they definitly dont compensate their workers (staff) appropriately.

      Pros

      No obligation to any shifts and I can pick where I want to work and pay is always good and immediately after clocking out

      Cons

      No stability and cancellation is possible with every shift assigned

      Pros

      You do get paid but sometimes it can take some time when there’s issues. The points they give you are a joke.

      Cons

      They keep wanting you to refer a friend to work for their company, but meanwhile they can’t even find you work in Pittsburgh so why would you refer a friend when they can’t even find you work themselves that you’re working for their company it’s a joke….
