      Pros

      Flexible schedule that you create, you meet tons of people, lots of different places to work.

      Cons

      You’re a 1099 employee, so you’re taxed higher. Sometimes shifts get canceled the day before and you do not receive any pay when that happens. You are usually working at facilities that are not the greatest.

      Pros

      No obligation to any shifts and I can pick where I want to work and pay is always good and immediately after clocking out

      Cons

      No stability and cancellation is possible with every shift assigned

      Pros

      You do get paid but sometimes it can take some time when there’s issues. The points they give you are a joke.

      Cons

      They keep wanting you to refer a friend to work for their company, but meanwhile they can’t even find you work in Pittsburgh so why would you refer a friend when they can’t even find you work themselves that you’re working for their company it’s a joke….
