      Pros

      The CEO and COO are very passionate about this company and always have their virtual doors open. They are always willing to listen to new ideas, make resources available/connect you to the thought leaders to run projects, listen to feedback without biases, coach people, and genuinely like to get to know their employees. The CEO is genuinely one of the nice people I have met and really easy to work with. Leadership challenges their workers to think bigger and to take initiative. It’s a culture that if you have an idea - raise your hand and run the process through with all the groups. So if you enjoy early stage startups where they are continuously innovating and scaling stage - this would be a great fit. Also there is a large diverse international pool of talent, so you get to meet a lot of people from different cultures. I have made some great friends here and I wasn’t sure if that was possible when I took this job (given that it is 100% remote).

      Cons

      You have to have a strong appetite for quick changes, cross functional strategies, take feedback to improve, high standards, organization, strategy, and process focus. Since it is remote, you have to be really good at communicating and following up. This place is intense, people are hungry, and the employees have to want to improve the company. It can be intimidating and a struggle for people who aren’t used to startup life and want a very easy structured environment.

      Such a true statement! It is amazing that our internal team also feels passionate about sharing a detailed opinion about CBH. The management team and, we believe, everyone that works here understand the thrill of being part of a fast-grown work environment with a such a nice international team. And, at the same time, we also appreciate what we do daily to help our US healthcare professionals and partner facilities. Thank you for being part of it daily!

      - There was a lack of transparency, consistent feedback, and fair recognition of employees' contributions. On several occasions, I felt that ideas and work produced by team members were presented to senior leadership without proper acknowledgment. - Performance management felt inconsistent. You will not receive actionable guidance that would have allowed me to improve before major decisions were made. This created an environment where success felt difficult to achieve. - HR appeared to prioritize management's perspective, and I felt there was a balanced opportunity for employees to fully share their side before decisions were made. A more transparent and impartial process would help build trust across the organization.
