      Pros

      Start up company with great ideas and if they make some changes they could see success soon.

      Cons

      I was hired on and had zero training or communication on what was going on. I worked hard but was lost without any support. After having a rough few weeks with personal life (telling management what happened) they let me go the next day ( I had a scheduled meeting with the CEO right after and she didn’t even know I was getting fired)

      Pros

      No obligation to any shifts and I can pick where I want to work and pay is always good and immediately after clocking out

      Cons

      No stability and cancellation is possible with every shift assigned

      Pros

      You do get paid but sometimes it can take some time when there’s issues. The points they give you are a joke.

      Cons

      They keep wanting you to refer a friend to work for their company, but meanwhile they can’t even find you work in Pittsburgh so why would you refer a friend when they can’t even find you work themselves that you’re working for their company it’s a joke….
