Pros

Clipboard Health is an excellent company to work for, offering competitive pay, a supportive work environment, and fantastic benefits. One of the standout perks is unlimited PTO, which provides great flexibility for maintaining work-life balance. The company also offers a fully remote setup, allowing employees to work from anywhere without the hassle of commuting. The leadership team is supportive and transparent, fostering a culture of growth and continuous improvement. Colleagues are collaborative and friendly, making teamwork seamless and enjoyable. Expectations are clear, and the company values efficiency and innovation, which keeps work engaging. If you're looking for a high-paying, remote job with excellent perks and a positive team culture, Clipboard Health is a great choice!

Cons

However, one downside is the lack of health insurance and additional benefits beyond unlimited PTO. While the pay is great, it would be even better if the company provided more comprehensive benefits for employees' long-term well-being.

Pros

Unlimited paid time off is one of the company's strongest benefits

Cons

- There was a lack of transparency, consistent feedback, and fair recognition of employees' contributions. On several occasions, I felt that ideas and work produced by team members were presented to senior leadership without proper acknowledgment. - Performance management felt inconsistent. You will not receive actionable guidance that would have allowed me to improve before major decisions were made. This created an environment where success felt difficult to achieve. - HR appeared to prioritize management's perspective, and I felt there was a balanced opportunity for employees to fully share their side before decisions were made. A more transparent and impartial process would help build trust across the organization.
