Pros

Overall, my experience at Clipboard Health has been very positive. I’ve been part of a supportive team that truly fosters professional growth while working in an innovative environment that encourages fresh ideas. The company’s flexible scheduling significantly promotes a healthy work-life balance, making it easier to manage both personal and professional responsibilities. Additionally, there are ample opportunities for learning and development, ensuring that employees are continually growing and evolving in their roles. The transparent leadership style further enhances open communication, creating a workplace where feedback is valued and improvements are consistently pursued.

Cons

While my overall experience at Clipboard Health has many strengths, there are several areas that could be improved. At times, the workload can become overwhelming, particularly during critical projects, which can add stress to the team. Additionally, there are limited advancement opportunities within certain departments, which may hinder career progression for some employees. Communication gaps have been observed that sometimes slow down decision-making processes, and resource constraints can impact overall project efficiency. Finally, some internal processes could benefit from further streamlining to enhance operational effectiveness.

Pros

Unlimited paid time off is one of the company's strongest benefits

Cons

- There was a lack of transparency, consistent feedback, and fair recognition of employees' contributions. On several occasions, I felt that ideas and work produced by team members were presented to senior leadership without proper acknowledgment. - Performance management felt inconsistent. You will not receive actionable guidance that would have allowed me to improve before major decisions were made. This created an environment where success felt difficult to achieve. - HR appeared to prioritize management's perspective, and I felt there was a balanced opportunity for employees to fully share their side before decisions were made. A more transparent and impartial process would help build trust across the organization.
