Pros
I love working at CBH. I've grown more as a professional in my time at Clipboard than I have over the rest of my professional career combined. It's a true meritocracy where promotions aren't tracked. If you're willing to put in the work, incorporate feedback, and push yourself, the sky is really the limit. Plus you have the added bonus of working with incredibly smart people. I urge anyone considering a role at Clipboard to take advantage of learning from leadership.
Cons
It's hard work, and you're consistently asked to raise the bar on excellence. I personally love this aspect of working at CBH, but some might find it difficult/hard. It certainly is hard, but worth it - you get to work on really interesting thorny problems with really incredible people.
